Flo and Joe worked as accomplished recruiting professionals with over 40 years of combined experience in the staffing industry.
Throughout their extensive careers, their family-owned staffing agency successfully placed hundreds of individuals in both temporary and direct-hire roles across various sectors. With a strong focus on the food service industry, they dedicated themselves to building a firm grounded in key principles: proper training, a high degree of professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
Flo was a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and has held numerous leadership and officer positions within respected professional staffing organizations.
Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Ohio University and a Juris Doctor degree from Franklin University Law School. He was also a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), a CTS, and a recognized CPC trainer.
Their unwavering passion and commitment to the hospitality industry remain the foundation upon which 5 Star Staffing continues to thrive today.

Working with visionary leaders along her journey, Mimi continues to draw upon the fine-dining experience she gained while working with 2 exceptional family businesses..
First, working with the Fitzpatrick family at the Royal Dublin Society and also managing their upscale urban restaurant on Dawson Street in Dublin, Ireland, Mimi gained invaluable experience in hospitality working in a country that is known the world over for its welcoming and gracious people. Locally, the expertise and insight gained from hosting at the iconic Rigsby’s also continues to shape and inform the high standards of service upheld by 5 Star.
The same focus that Mimi used to graduate Summa Cum Laude and earn her BFA with distinction in painting and drawing from The Ohio State University drives her commitment to creative excellence at 5 Star.
