What is included in the cost in my proposal?

Your initial proposal covers staffing only. Our team will set-up, serve or bartend during your party, and clean-up after your event has finished. You spent months meticulously designing your big day. Investing in a team of seasoned professionals to bring your vision to life is money well spent.

We need staff - can you also help with rentals?

We have worked with various rental companies in Central Ohio. We love assisting with sourcing additional items once we have confirmed staffing.

Do you accept last-minute requests ?

We are happy to take requests that are close to the event date. Our best case scenario is recommending that your request is made at least 2 weeks in advance. This ensures that your request is prioritized and that our most requested professionals are available for your event. That said, we always work to provide you with the best staffing options no matter the date of your request.

Why do you recommend a 2-hour set-up and 1-hour clean-up window?

With 34 years of experience, we have learned that maintaining a placid, professional environment when staging a party is critical to the flow. Having sufficient time to tackle revisions helps to ensure a successful celebration. Clean-up also requires time to return the event space to a pristine condition.
